Traditional recipes often rely on locally sourced,

seasonal ingredients and use food scraps (like for

example stale bread for Speckkn.del).

We encourage you to recycle! Recycling is an essential

step toward reducing waste and promoting sustainability;

there are separate bins for paper, plastic,

glass, and organic waste. Also, our kitchen is fully

stacked, you can use bottles and containers to avoid

single-use items.
