Facilities
We provide bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, dish towels, towels, various kitchen utensils, cleaning products, dish soap, and toilet paper for your stay in our apartments.
Red rope in the room
There is a red rope in the room that is intended for hanging clothes (e.g., as an alternative clothes hanger).
registration form
We kindly ask you to fill out our digital registration form in advance. The link will be sent with the booking confirmation.
Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces available, and reservations are not necessary.
We also have three Level 2 electric charging stations on site with a total of six connections. Payment is made directly (via the provider) using a charging card.
key
We use a modern digital key system. Access to the accommodation is either via a 4-digit PIN code or conveniently via a button in the guest app.
The PIN code will only be activated after you have completed the online check-in and filled out the registration form. Once you have completed this process, you will automatically receive all the necessary information by email.
After checking in online, you have the option of setting a personal PIN of your choice. This can be done until 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest. If no PIN is entered by this time, we will assign one automatically.
Please note: For legal reasons, access is only possible after the registration form has been completed in full. Without the registration form, it is unfortunately not possible to activate the PIN code.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Depending on availability, we are happy to adjust these times on request. We kindly ask you to close all windows and doors upon departure.
bedding
Bed linen is part of the basic equipment of our apartments and will be changed on request during the interim cleaning.
pets
If you would like to bring your four-legged friend with you on vacation at Lebe’schlitters, please be sure to inquire in advance. The pet fee is €18 per night.
children's equipment
A cot and high chair are available free of charge for children under 3 years of age. Please let us know before arrival if you require these items so that we can prepare everything for you.
waste disposal
Trash cans are located under the sinks. It is very important to us that trash is separated into organic waste, light packaging: plastic & aluminum cans, paper/cardboard, residual waste, and glass. We ask that you take the trash out of the apartments before departure; the containers are located next to the garden.
Please place glass waste next to the wooden wall.
smoking
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
rest periods
For the benefit of all guests, we ask for quiet between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Ski and bike storage room
The ski and bike room is located in the basement, and a ski boot dryer is also available.
